With Jeffery Miller Productions you will receive a reception coordinator, master of ceremonies, and DJ all in one package. We will gladly work with you to customize your reception. We area a family operated business and we handle weddings as a husband and wife team. We do not have a crew of DJ's that we send out every weekend making your wedding "just another event." Jeff handles every event personally and will be with you every step of the way. We only book one event per day so we can dedicate our time to your special day. We will never rush from one event to the next. Included in our pricing is our expertise in event planning, wedding coordination, and music programming. We are not your average DJ company and we do not charge average DJ prices. If you want your event to be average then we may not be for you. RECEPTION PACKAGE $850.00 Reception Coordinator / Master of Ceremonies / Professional DJ Reception planning guide and planning meetings Professional Sound System for up to 350 people Up to Five hours of performance time $100 an hour after first five hours $400 Non-refundable retainer required RECEPTION PACKAGE ADD ON'S AVAILABLE Small Light Package $100.00 Large Light Package $150.00 Connections to sound system for singers, musicians, video etc. * Larger Sound System for larger groups or separate rooms Miscellaneous Charges* CEREMONY PACKAGES We can provide a professional sound system for playing music while your guests arrive and during your ceremony. We can also provide a microphone system for readings and singers with a lapel mic for the minister. Same sound system used for the reception set in the same location: $200.00 (Example: We would only set up one sound system and it would not be moved) Separate sound system than what is used for the reception: $300.00 (Example: outside ceremony, inside reception = two sound systems) Ceremony at a separate location than the reception: $500.00 (Example: ceremony in a park, reception in a hall across town) CEREMONY OFFICIATE $250.00 Pastor Jeff Miller is a Non-denominational ordained minister and is able to perform any type of ceremony. We have many ceremonies to choose from or we can help you write your own. Officiate fees include ceremony planning and coordination. Officiate Package is $250.00 All Packages require a non-refundable retainer due at the signing of the agreement. Your date is NOT reserved until we have received the signed agreement with the retainer. Balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding date. Please make all checks payable to Jeffery Miller * No connections to our sound systems will be made without prior authorization and planning. We are not responsible for other wedding vendors not being prepared. * Miscellaneous charges may include, but are not limited to, load in/strike out for difficult locations, stair charges, (if we have to carry our equipment up/down stairs) generators for power, mileage/travel fees for areas outside our normal service area. These charges will be identified up front in our written agreement.
